1. Platform Overview

sunopsi ("the Platform") is a marketplace connecting homeowners in Cyprus with verified energy installers. The Platform is operated by sunopsi and accessible at https://sunopsi.com.

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Consumer Responsibilities

As a homeowner using the Platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in the solar calculator and lead submission form.
  • Use the Platform for genuine enquiries about home energy solutions.
  • Not submit false, misleading, or spam requests.
  • Understand that estimates provided by the calculator are indicative and based on general assumptions. Actual costs and savings may vary.

3. Installer Responsibilities

As a registered installer on the Platform, you agree to:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date company profile information.
  • Hold all required licences and certifications for energy installation work in Cyprus.
  • Respond to assigned leads in a timely and professional manner.
  • Not contact leads obtained through the Platform for purposes other than providing the requested quote.
  • Comply with all applicable Cyprus and EU regulations, including consumer protection and data protection laws.

4. Lead Distribution

The Platform distributes leads based on the following criteria:

  • Geographic match between the homeowner's district and the installer's service area.
  • Installer subscription tier and remaining monthly lead capacity.
  • Installer rating and response time history.

We do not guarantee a specific number of leads to any installer. Lead volume depends on consumer demand in your service areas.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Installer subscription plans are billed monthly via Stripe:

  • Basic: Up to 20 leads/month.
  • Professional: Up to 50 leads/month.
  • Enterprise: Unlimited leads/month.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time via the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

6. Reviews

  • Only homeowners who have submitted a lead through the Platform may leave a review for an installer.
  • Reviews must be honest, fair, and based on genuine experience.
  • Installers with an active subscription may respond to reviews.
  • We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these terms, contain offensive content, or are determined to be fraudulent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, the solar calculator engine, and software, is the property of sunopsi or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform acts as an intermediary connecting homeowners with installers. We are not a party to any contract between homeowners and installers.
  • We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any installation work performed by listed installers.
  • Solar calculator results are estimates based on general data and assumptions. Actual system performance, costs, and savings may differ.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, sunopsi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with EU GDPR.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via a banner on our website. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
